Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen step out in coordinated black looks for New York stroll Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen made a rare joint appearance in New York City, stepping out together for a relaxed afternoon in matching, understated fashion. The 39-year-old twins were seen walking through Midtown Manhattan on April 30, dressed in coordinated black trench coats paired with wide-leg denim. They completed the look with sunglasses, scarves, and structured alligator handbags from their luxury label, The Row, before stopping for lunch during their outing. ABIA STATE SPORTS WRITERS ASSOCIATION CALLS FOR INVESTIGATION OVER THE CONDUCT OF SAIDU YAKUBU ALIYU, DURING SUNDAY MATCH BETWEEN ENYIMBA FC VS IKORODU BOYS. (PHOTO).

Abia State sports writers association calls for investigation over the conduct of Saidu Yakubu Aliyu, during Sunday match between Enyimba fc vs Ikorodu Boys

The Abia State chapter of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) has called on the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL) and the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to investigate the conduct of Match Commissioner Saidu Yakubu Aliyu during Sunday’s Enyimba vs Ikorodu City match.

In a statement signed by Chairman Kingsley Okwun and Secretary Bethel Kalu, Abia SWAN condemned the decision to bar journalists from entering the Enyimba Stadium, describing it as an abuse of power capable of undermining league transparency.

The body said accredited journalists, who presented valid identification cards, were denied access on the grounds that the match was played behind closed doors.

SWAN argued that the restriction on fans did not apply to media professionals and warned that such actions could bring the league into disrepute if not addressed.

SWAN also urged Enyimba FC management to ensure a similar incident does not occur in future home matches.
