 Trump announces Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawal agreement under Gaza ceasefire plan   President Donald Trump announced Thursday that Hamas has agreed to a plan to disarm and that Israel will withdraw its forces from Gaza as part of a U.S.-backed ceasefire framework. Trump described the agreement as a major step toward creating a new Palestinian government in Gaza that would work with the newly established Board of Peace to oversee the next stages of the plan. The president said the agreement would also provide Israel with increased security by preventing Gaza from being used as a launching point for future attacks. Details of the agreement were limited, and neither Israel nor Hamas immediately released statements responding to Trump’s announcement. The Board of Peace said Hamas had agreed to a roadmap for moving forward with the next phases of the ceasefire after months of negotiations.  The South East lost a lot of money because of the lockdown we experienced, crippling our economy is not the best way to get Biafra- Major of Afrika( member Igbo Integration Movement)

The pioneer of African Epistemology, and member of the Igbo Integration Movement, Known as Majorofafrika on social media has strongly criticized the Lockdown(sit at home) pattern embraced by ndi igbo.


He noted this while reacting to a question about IPOB on Gbam special edition, he stated that the lock down instituted by IPOB affected the economy of the South East so much that so many businesses were crippled including his own and caused the ndi Igbo to lose millions of Naira. 

 

He argued that while so many might be sympathizing with the activities of IPOB, that crippling the economy cannot get ndi Igbo Biafra, that getting Biafra can only come when there is a referendum organized by the federal government in Abuja.


He further asked ndi igbo to seek more of inclusive government rather than seeking for a separate nation.
