  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report.  UNIZIK declares state of emergency on infrastructure at Nnewi College of Health Sciences


In a bold move towards translating vision into action, the Governing Council of Nnamdi Azikiwe University has declared a State of Emergency on infrastructural upgrade and facilities at the University College of Health Sciences located at Okofia, Nnewi, Anambra State.


Rising from a two-day Council Meeting and facility tour of the College in Nnewi, and Neni, the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council, Barr. Olugbenga Kukoyi gave the immediate approval for the rapid infrastructural development of the College of Health Sciences.


Leading other members of the Council and the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Bond Ugochukwu Anyaehie , to the 2nd Induction/ oath taking ceremony of the Department of Anatomy, the Pro-Chancellor, declared a State of Emergency on infrastructural development of the campus.


He informed the students that they are searching for more spaces to build Students hostels while the ones already completed would soon be occupied by the Students.lWhile on a tour of the College campuses located at Nnewi (Okofia and Akamili) and Neni, the council members inspected the extensive construction and facilities at these .
