 U.S equipment, experts arrive at Kenya Ebola facility despite court order, protests Around 20 flights carrying medical equipment and specialist staff have landed at a base in Kenya where the U.S. ​government is continuing to build an Ebola quarantine facility despite protests and Kenyan court orders blocking it, according to flight data and officials. At least two ‌people have been killed in protests in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki, home to the Kenyan air force base where the U.S. military is building a 50-bed unit for Americans who might be exposed to the virus, which has infected hundreds in Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. A Kenyan court first ordered work on the Ebola facility to be suspended on May ​28, yet U.S. military flights into Nanyuki continued in the days that followed, according to data from flight-tracking service Flightradar24.  2026 WORLD HEALTH DAY: NIGERIAN FIRST LADY OLUREMI TINUBU CALLS FOR PARTNERSHIP TO BUILD A HEALTHIER AND RESILIENT WORLD


As Nigeria joins the rest of the global community to mark 2026 World Health Day, First Lady Oluremi Tinubu says it is imperative for all to support science, invest in health systems, and work together to build a healthier and a more resilient world.


In her message marking the day, with the theme “Together for Health. Stand with Science,” the First Lady notes that 

progress in health depends on innovation and strong collaboration across nations and sectors, while acknowledging that scientific partnerships have helped humanity overcome many health challenges and continue to guide towards healthy living.


She says this year’s campaign also highlights the importance of the One Health approach, recognizing that the well-being of people, animals, plants, and our environment is deeply interconnected.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
