 26-year-old woman who made false rape claim against ‘kind’ UK banker and tried to blackmail him for money is jailed in Hong Kong  A woman who falsely accused a banker of rape has been jailed for six years.  Isabel Anonia Barbra Eudora Rose from Hackney, East London, was convicted of blackmail and perverting the course of justice after she demanded £100,000 from the UK banker she accused of rape.  The 26-year-old was sentenced at the District Court in Hong Kong on Wednesday, July 22, with Judge Adriana Noelle Tse Ching finding her guilty of blackmail and perverting the course of public justice.  2Baba Performs at Political Event as Wife Natasha Osawaru Defects From PDP to NDC


2Baba has stirred reactions online after making a surprise appearance at a political event to support his wife, Natasha Osawaru, during her defection from the Peoples Democratic Party to the National Democratic Coalition.


The gathering, held in Abuja, drew several political figures and supporters, but many attendees were surprised to see the veteran singer actively participating in the event.


Videos from the occasion showed 2Baba dressed in blue jeans and an NDC-branded vest as he stood beside his wife throughout the ceremony.


At one point, the award-winning musician entertained guests by performing his popular song, “One Love,” while party members and supporters cheered him on.


Natasha Osawaru, who serves in the Edo State House of Assembly, was formally received into the party alongside other defectors by Seriake Dickson, the party’s national leader.


The event has since sparked conversations online, with many Nigerians wondering whether 2Baba may be gradually stepping into the political space alongside his wife.
