 U.S equipment, experts arrive at Kenya Ebola facility despite court order, protests Around 20 flights carrying medical equipment and specialist staff have landed at a base in Kenya where the U.S. ​government is continuing to build an Ebola quarantine facility despite protests and Kenyan court orders blocking it, according to flight data and officials. At least two ‌people have been killed in protests in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki, home to the Kenyan air force base where the U.S. military is building a 50-bed unit for Americans who might be exposed to the virus, which has infected hundreds in Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. A Kenyan court first ordered work on the Ebola facility to be suspended on May ​28, yet U.S. military flights into Nanyuki continued in the days that followed, according to data from flight-tracking service Flightradar24. The planes have brought in technical ​equipment as well as dozens of physicians, engineers, lab experts and construction work...

Rangers International F.C. etched their name further into Nigerian football history after defeating Ikorodu City F.C. 2-1 to claim a record-equalling ninth Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL title.


Captain Chidiebere Nwobodo scored once in each half to hand the Flying Antelopes a crucial victory and secure the championship ahead of closest challengers Rivers United F.C..


The home side pulled one back in the 58th minute through substitute Moses Ali after Rangers goalkeeper Lucky Jimoh failed to properly deal with a long-range effort.


Rangers finished the campaign top of the table with 68 points from 38 matches, just one point ahead of Rivers United, who ended their season with a 3-0 victory over Katsina United F.C..


The triumph marks coach Fidelis Ilechukwu’s second league title with the Enugu-based club and sees Rangers equal the all-time NPFL championship record held by regional rivals Enyimba F.C..


Following their title success, Rangers will represent Nigeria in next season’s CAF Champions League alongside runners-up Rivers United
