 Farina, Illinois- Shane Lother, a 38-year-old high school teacher has been arrested for grooming and traveling to meet a minor. He remains at the Marion County Jail in Salem, Illinois. The main district that released the statement below is located in Kinmundy and the school Lother was employed at is located in Farina.  The South Central Community Unit School District 401 has released that they have learned an employee from the South Central high School in Farina, Illinois, was arrested today, May 8th. The employee was arrested for having alleged inappropriate relations with a student. Kinmundy police were assisted by the Salem Police while arresting the employee.  The school district shared that they learned about the allegations on February 26th of this year, and immediately upon learning of the allegations, an investigation was started with authorities as well as DCFS becoming involved.  Real Madrid Fine Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni After Training Ground Clash


Real Madrid have confirmed disciplinary action against Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni following a reported altercation during training.


Reports claimed tensions between both players escalated over two days before the disagreement reportedly became physical. The incident allegedly left Valverde with a minor injury after he hit his head and briefly lost consciousness.


The Spanish club has now addressed the matter publicly, revealing that both players were fined €500,000 after apologising to each other, their teammates, and the club.


It was also reported that the club held an emergency meeting after the situation intensified.


A statement released by Real Madrid read:


"Real Madrid C. F. announces that, following the events that led to the disciplinary proceedings initiated yesterday against our players Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouameni, both appeared today before the investigator assigned to the case.


"During their appearance, the players expressed their complete remorse for what happened and apologized to each other.


"Furthermore, they extended their apologies to the club, their teammates, the coaching staff, and the fans, and both have made themselves available to Real Madrid to accept whatever "sanction the club deems appropriate.


"Under these circumstances, Real Madrid has decided to impose a financial penalty of five hundred thousand euros on each player, thereby concluding the corresponding internal procedures."
