 U.S equipment, experts arrive at Kenya Ebola facility despite court order, protests Around 20 flights carrying medical equipment and specialist staff have landed at a base in Kenya where the U.S. ​government is continuing to build an Ebola quarantine facility despite protests and Kenyan court orders blocking it, according to flight data and officials. At least two ‌people have been killed in protests in the central Kenyan town of Nanyuki, home to the Kenyan air force base where the U.S. military is building a 50-bed unit for Americans who might be exposed to the virus, which has infected hundreds in Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. A Kenyan court first ordered work on the Ebola facility to be suspended on May ​28, yet U.S. military flights into Nanyuki continued in the days that followed, according to data from flight-tracking service Flightradar24.   The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, PSC (+), NPM, on May 26, 2026, paid a courtesy visit to the Federal Ministry of Works in Abuja.


In attendance was the Honourable Minister of Works, Sen. Engr. David Nweze Umahi; the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo Esq, alongside Directors of the Ministry.


The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration on ongoing infrastructural projects across the country, particularly the Coastal Highway project and other critical road construction initiatives aimed at enhancing national development and connectivity.


During the meeting, the IGP reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to providing adequate security support and deploying necessary operational resources to ensure the smooth execution and protection of critical national infrastructure projects nationwide.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
