It is a season of immense joy and celebration in the household of legendary Ibadan-born Fuji musician, Taye Adebisi, popularly known as Taye Currency. The veteran singer could not hide his pride as his son, Samsudeen Adebisi, officially became a lawyer after being called to the Nigerian Bar.

On Tuesday, July 7, 2026, Taye Currency took to his social media platforms to share this major milestone with his fans and well-wishers. Describing his son's achievement as the ultimate reward for years of resilience, hard work, and unwavering dedication, the singer penned a deeply touching message. He prayed for Samsudeen's legal career to be filled with divine wisdom, outstanding success, and professional fulfillment.


To make the announcement even more special, the Fuji star shared a heartwarming video capturing an intimate moment between father and son. In the video, a visibly proud Taye Currency is seen helping Samsudeen arrange his ceremonial wig and black gown.
