Joshua and Natalie Strong alleged that Brown Fertility clinic officials in Jacksonville, Fla., including Medical Director Dr. Samuel Brown and 10 other defendants, caused the mix-up that resulted in their 1-year-old daughter’s biological father being a stranger, according to a lawsuit obtained by The Post. “They trusted Brown Fertility, as well as its founder and owner, Samuel E.  Spain says a citizen has been kidnapped in northern Africa Spain’s foreign ministry says that a Spanish man has been kidnapped in an unspecified northern African country, while Spanish media report that the man is being held by a jihadist group, AP reported. Spanish state news agency EFE and newspaper El País both report that the man was captured in southern Algeria and then taken into Mali by the Islamic State in the Greater Sahara. The foreign ministry would neither confirm the details of the media reports nor reveal the location of the kidnapping when asked by The Associated Press. “Reliable sources confirm that a Spanish citizen is presently being held against his will in northern Africa,” the ministry’s statement read. “The government is actively working to clarify and resolve the situation.” Algerian authorities have not yet commented on the reported abduction.  NSCDC Parades 36 Scavengers for Alleged Criminal Activities The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has presented 36 scavengers arrested in Abuja over alleged involvement in crimes, including vandalism and theft of public infrastructure. FCT Commandant Olusola Odumosu, while addressing journalists on Friday, revealed that the suspects were apprehended across various parts of the city and its suburbs during a crackdown on scavengers, locally called Baba Nbola. The arrests followed directives from FCT Minister Nyesom Wike, banning scavenging and suspending commercial activities in Pantaker Markets for two weeks. “These suspects were caught engaging in criminal acts disguised as scavenging.  Vandals Steal TCN Underground Cables in Abuja   The Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) has reported another incident of vandalism targeting power infrastructure in Abuja, resulting in widespread electricity disruption. In a statement signed by its Public Affairs Manager, Ndidi Mbah, the company revealed that vandals attacked the 132kV transmission line and underground cable supplying bulk power to the Central Area transmission substation, Katampe, in Abuja’s Central Area, during the early hours of Friday. “This attack on transmission lines has affected electricity supply to Maitama, Wuse, and Garki,” the statement read.
