 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. UNIZIK: Prof Ikpeze Emerges Dean, Faculty Of Law

A renowned academia, and scholar in International Law and Jurisprudence, Professor Ogugua Ikpeze Ph.D., FCIARB, FICMC, has been elected as the new Dean, Faculty of Law, Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK).

Prof. Ikpeze who has served under different capacities including being a former Assistant General Secretary of NBA, 2002-2004, Chairperson FIDA, Anambra State Branch, amongst many others, has many contributions in the sphere of International Law and Jurisprudence.

Prof. Ikpeze emerged unopposed as the Dean of the Faculty of Law after the Faculty Board unanimously ratified her nomination as the sole candidate for the election.

Prof Ogugua Ikpeze hails from Ogidi in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra state. She is Married to Prof Okey Ikpeze, a professor of medicine and one time provost of college of medicine Of the same university.
