 EFCC Arraigns Three Indians,  Nigerian  for Alleged Criminal Breach of Trust The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,  EFCC,  on Wednesday,  December 17, 2025 arraigned three Indians,  Lalit Sarwat, Ravi Raghavendra and Gagan Sarswat—alongside an Ilorin-based dispatch manager, Oniyide Samuel, before  Justice Sulaiman Akanbi of the Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin They were arraigned on a two-count charge bordering on conspiracy and criminal breach of trust, contrary to and punishable under Sections 97 and 314 of the Penal Code. The Commission alleged that the defendants, while being servants in the employment of KAM Steel Integrated Company Limited, conspired among themselves between November 2024 and September 2025 to commit criminal breach of trust.  Rivers Assembly to Investigate Chief Judge Over Alleged Age Falsification


The Rivers State House of Assembly has initiated an investigation into the state’s Chief Judge, Justice Simeon Amadi, over alleged age falsification.


The move comes amid the ongoing political crisis in the state, involving a power struggle between FCT Minister Nyesom Wike and Governor Similayi Fubara.


On Thursday, the issue was raised during plenary after the House Leader, Hon. Major Jack, presented certain documents to the Speaker, Martin Amaewhule.


The Deputy Speaker, Hon. Dumle Maol, stated: “These documents indicate that Justice Simeon Amadi falsified his age in service. This is a serious allegation, and I hope the House takes legislative notice.”


Following deliberations, the Assembly resolved to request an investigation by the Department of State Services (DSS). The motion was put to a vote and approved, directing the DSS to verify the claims and report back to the House.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
