 ‎‎NAF RECEIVES FIVE NEW HELICOPTERS AS FG ACCELERATES AIRPOWER MODERNISATION ‎ The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has taken delivery of five new helicopters as the Federal Government accelerates efforts to modernize Nigeria’s airpower capabilities and strengthen the Armed Forces’ capacity to respond effectively to contemporary security challenges.  ‎ ‎A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that the platforms comprise three AW-109 Trekker B helicopters  and two H-125 helicopters. ‎ The three AW-109s, which form part of 10 recently acquired by the Federal Government, were received in Lagos on 15 September 2026, with the remaining seven expected to be delivered before the end of 2026. ‎ ‎The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshal Sunday Aneke, described the acquisition as another significant milestone in the Federal Government’s sustained investment in the modernization and re-equipment of the NAF noting that the new pl...

            Lamar Odom has been camera shy ever since the announcement of the divorce and he is afraid that in the up coming of Keeping up with the Kardashian that he will be painted negatively in the series.Bruce Jenner and Lamar {association of divorced men} have been discussing and Bruce have been putting him through the divorce.Bruce told Lamar to forget about everything that happened in 2013 and not drag all the drama,defeats and embarrassments with him.He also told Lamar ''it will eat you alive and ruin any progress if you stay in the past,stay off the website and turn the TV off and not listen to gossip about yourself''.Bruce basically gave Lamar alot of advice and mental support.One more picture below.

PRIVATE JET CRASHES,INFOUNT OF LEANN RIMES IN ASPEN.

         A private jet has crashed and exploded in flames at the airport for Luxury ski resort town Aspen as horrified passengers looked on,killing at least one person on board.Three people were on the aircraft,including the pilot,when it crashed on the runway about 12.30pm local time,before over turning and bursting into flames.One was killed,one has major injuries and the other has moderate injuries.None of the three have been identified.The plane is said to have attempted a few approaches before crashing in a ball of fire.Emergency crews rushed to extinguish the flames and are currently investigating the cause of the crash.Singer Leann Rimes was among those who saw the explosion.More pictures below.

BOMB MAKER FOR BOKO HARAM,ARRESTED.

           The Nigeria joint task force,JTF,fighting terrorists in northern part of the country said it has apprehended a Boko haram chieftain,who doubles as the group's bomb maker in Kazaure,Jigawa state,Captain Ikedichi Iweha,spokesman of 3 Brigade,Nigeria army,head quartersin Kano,said six people were rescued during a dawn raid that led to the arrest of the yet to be identified terrorist.Those rescued were three women and three toddlers,suspected to be family members of the man who intelligence gathering revealed has been in the business of aiding and abating terrorist activities in the north.Item recovered during the raid that resulted into a gun duel include five AK 47 rifles,five magazines,and 333 rounds of 7.62 mm special ammunition and various improvised explosive devices.One more picture below.                                             ...

            Alhaji Mohammad Sani-Sidi,the Director General,National Emergency Management Agency {NEMA},has appealed to state governments whose indigenes were affected in the Bangui crisis,to collect them from the Hajj camp in Abuja.Sani-Sidi made the appeal today sunday in Abuja while on inspection of the Hajj camp where the evacucuee from Bangui central African Republic {CAR} are being accommodated.He said that prompt collection of the evacuee from the camp by the state governments whose indigenes were affected,would reduce their suffering.On friday,the DG also addressed the evacuees at the Nnamdi Azikiwe international Airport in Abuja,pledging the agency's willingness to work with State Emergency Management {SEMA} to re intergrate them into the society.Borno has the highest number of returnees with more than 300 returnees of the 1,113 evacuated between Jan 3 and Jan 4.Anambra was second with more than 280 returnees.Three injured evacuee are receiving trat...
