 An Indiana man has been arrested when a toddler was found suffering from frostbite and hypothermia after neighbors reported the child was wandering around in only a diaper. Police in Greenfield, Indiana, were called to the Prairie Meadow apartment complex at approximately 3 p.m. on Monday, December 15th. They had received reports of a toddler "wandering around the complex in only a diaper while outside temps were a freezing 13 degrees".  When officers arrived, they quickly located the toddler and placed them in a warm vehicle until EMS arrived. It would soon be discovered that the child was suffering from hypothermia and had frostbite on their fingers and toes. After making sure the child was safe, officers began to investigate the scene. They were able to locate footprints that seemed to indicate the child had been walking around outside for quite a while. VLADIMIR KOMAROV,A MAN WHO FELL FROM SPACE.

          The picture above is the remain's of Vladimir Komarov,16 march 1927-24 April 1967,was a soviet test pilot,aerospace engineer and cosmonaut in the first group of cosmonauts selected in 1960.He was one of the most highly experienced and well qualified candidates accepted into Airforce Group one''.Komarov was declared medically unfit for training or space flight twice while he was in the program,but his perseverance and superior skills and his knowledge as an engineer allowed him to continue playing an active role.He contributed to space vehicle design,cosmonaut training and evaluation and public relation.He was eventually selected to command the first soviet multiman voskhood 1 space flight that presented a number of technical innovations in the space race.Komarov was later chosen for the rigorous task of commanding soyuz 1 as part of the soviet union's bid to reach the moon first.His space flight on soyuzi made him the first cosmonaut to fly into outer space more than once,and he became the first human to be killed during a space flight.He was killed when the soyuz 1 space capsule crashed after re-entry on April 24,1967,due to a parachute failure.More pictures below.
