Peter Obi lies like fish drinking water –Festus Keyamo Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, has accused the 2027 Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, of deliberately fabricating claims regarding a recent airport incident. Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s ‘Politics Today’ on Thursday night, July 30, Keyamo alleged that Obi lied about his experience at the airport to score political points. “That man was lying. He lies like a fish drinking water. He lies. He lies for fun,” Keyamo stated. The Minister noted that Obi had publicly complained of facing harassment from airport officials strictly due to his opposition status. The Nigeria joint task force,JTF,fighting terrorists in northern part of the country said it has apprehended a Boko haram chieftain,who doubles as the group's bomb maker in Kazaure,Jigawa state,Captain Ikedichi Iweha,spokesman of 3 Brigade,Nigeria army,head quartersin Kano,said six people were rescued during a dawn raid that led to the arrest of the yet to be identified terrorist.Those rescued were three women and three toddlers,suspected to be family members of the man who intelligence gathering revealed has been in the business of aiding and abating terrorist activities in the north.Item recovered during the raid that resulted into a gun duel include five AK 47 rifles,five magazines,and 333 rounds of 7.62 mm special ammunition and various improvised explosive devices.One more picture below.
