 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. ANITA BAKER,ISSUED WITH A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST.

Illustrious career: The 56-year-old - pictured here at the 47th annual Grammy Awards in 2004 - has won eight Grammys, while she has five platinum and one gold album           56 year old Anita Baker,said she is terrified and she is in total shock to learn that authorities in Detroit had issued the warrant after she failed to appear in court for a civil lawsuit hearing on wednesday.''I've never been in trouble with the law,i'm terrified''.She keep insisting she knew nothing about the hearing relating to an unpaid bill for services completed on her Grose Pointe home.On friday,her lawyer Jamal Hamood,filed a motion to have the warrant lifted and the default judgement  overturned following her no show.She only learnt of her own warrant of arrest on thursday when she watched it being broadcast on TV.Read her tweet below and other pictures.                                                                                                                               'BIG time crazy': Anita expressed her surprise about the warrant on Twitter on Thursday, after learning about it while watching TV  A star is born: The Ohio-born songstress - seen here in 1985 - scored huge hits in the 1980s with songs such as the Grammy-winning single Sweet Love'I've never been in trouble with the law.
