 A 15-year-old boy has vanished into the vastness of Arizona, fleeing from the misery he was forced to endure.  Authorities in Pima County, Arizona, have made some disturbing discoveries while investigating the disappearance of Ryker Lee. While, tragically, none have led to Ryker, they have shined light into the dark world in which Ryker lived. The light then changed to red and blues as his mother and stepfather were incarcerated and Ryker's siblings removed from the home.  FG Strengthens Security Measures Around First Niger Bridge Ahead of Reopening By Emezina Patricia The Federal Government has stepped up measures to protect the First Niger Bridge against vandalism as rehabilitation works near completion ahead of its planned reopening to motorists. Minister of Works, Senator David Umahi, announced the measures during an inspection of the ongoing rehabilitation works at the Onitsha end of the bridge in Anambra State. Umahi expressed concern over the vandalism of critical bridge components, including bolts, nuts and expansion joints, which had necessitated additional government expenditure to replace the damaged infrastructure.
