Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside. Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area. Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. The full circumstances surrounding the incident are still unclear, and authorities are yet to issue a comprehensive official statement. Tanzania President John Magufuli has banned mini skirts in their country.The move comes just a few months after the country banned ''twerking''.According to sources,the twerking dance was banned following an announcement by Cultural Development Director Herman Mwansoko.Mwansoko disclosed that twerking supposedly threatened originl dances and impactd negative on the new generation.John Magufulu seems to have followed in much the same vein,announcing that mini skirts and short dresses encourage the spread of HIV/Aids.Tanzanian women have since been given three weeks to rid their wardrobes of the ''Offending'' garments.More photos below.
