 GOVERNOR UBA APPRECIATES PRESIDENT TINUBU ON THE AWARD OF STRATEGIC CONTRACTS WORTH  ₦1.178 TRILLION IN KADUNA STATE   Kaduna State governor has extended appreciation to President Tinubu, and the Federal Executive Council for the approval and award of transformative infrastructure contracts that will indelibly reshape the economic and social landscape of the state.   The statement personally signed by the governor lists the projects as follows; the Kaduna Light Rail Project an ambitious undertaking spanning a Kilometers corridor from Rigachikun to Sabon Tasha, alongside a Kilometers line from Millennium City to Rigasa, forming a 50-kilometre metropolitan network with an estimated value of One Trillion Naira. Complementing this is the critical reconstruction of the Mando–Kaduna– Birnin Gwari road, a 122-kilometre artery valued at ₦178 billion.      The EFCC, Benin Zonal office, has arrested eight (8) officials of Communication Trends Limited ( CTL), JAO TV and Worldlink, Pay TV operators, for illegally broadcasting signal and Intellectual property of Multichoice Nigeria Limited. The Pay TV operators allegedly broadcast the English Premier League (EPL) matches and other content on their pay TV stations/network illegally to the detriment of Multichoice Nigeria which acquired the rights to broadcast. They were arrested at their respective locations in Edo and Delta State through intelligence report and the support of officials of Multichoice. Those arrested are Faith Ohawe, Tochukwu Nwosu, Nzemere Chika, Joshua Egboyen and Ogujor Franklin. Others Ebuaka Lola, Esekhaige Victor and Kenedy Uduobor.
