 CBN Revokes Operating Licenses of Aso Savings and Loans Plc and Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has revoked the operational licenses of two primary mortgage banks, Aso Savings and Loans Plc and Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc, citing multiple regulatory violations and financial distress. In a press release issued today, the CBN stated that the action was taken under Section 12 of the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act (BOFIA) 2020 and Section 7.3 of the Revised Guidelines for Mortgage Banks in Nigeria. The move is part of broader efforts to reposition the mortgage sub-sector and enforce compliance with laws and regulations. The affected institutions were found to have breached various provisions, including: - Failure to meet the minimum paid-up share capital requirement for their license category. - Having insufficient assets to cover liabilities. - Being critically undercapitalized, with capital adequacy ratios below the CBN's prudent...

                          Her mother procures her abortion while the 22 year old died after her abortion didn't go well.the doctor who performed the botched abortion,Edeye Monday has been arraigned on murder charges.A Yaba magistrate court  in lagos on monday held that the 35year old medical Doctor,had a case to answer over the death of the victim.the police prosecution,Godwin Anyanwun have established a prima facie case against the accused.the case will be transferred to a court of superior record.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
