 NDLEA dismantles Abuja drug bunks, arrests 132, recovers 220kg illicit substances  -Marwa hails operation, vows to sustain crackdown in FCT, other states  In a non-stop two-week offensive action against traffickers and dealers, operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have successfully dismantled several drug joints and bunks within and around the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja where a total of 132 suspects were arrested and 220 kilograms of assorted illicit substances recovered. The wel-coordinated raids jointly conducted by the Agency's Directorate of Operations and General Investigation (DOGI) and the FCT Strategic Command from llth to 25th April 2026 were launched to dismantle illicit drug hubs contributing to substance abuse, trafficking, and associated criminal activities in the capital city after weeks of intelligence and surveillance across all identified hotspots. Action star: Jet Li, shown in September in China, revealed last week on a Chinese talent show that he's being treated for an overactive thyroid         Jet Li reveals these on a Chinese talent show that his recent weight gain is due to suffering from an overactive thyroid but he is determined to fight the condition head on.He said his weight has fluctuated but he is taking it all in stride.Li joked about his weight gain and said ''i'm fat,i don't have the time to lose it,it's a fact''.He explained that exercise is not advised with the medication he is taking.An overactive thyroid,or hyperthyroidism,cause changes in a person's metabolism and heart rate,among other symptoms,but is generally treatable with medications.Li was diagnosed in 2010,he kept his condition under control with medication,but it came back by force.More photos below.                                                                              Kung fu hero: Li, shown in September in Qingdao, China, revealed that he's gained weight due to his overactive thyroid condition
