NAF RECEIVES FIVE NEW HELICOPTERS AS FG ACCELERATES AIRPOWER MODERNISATION The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has taken delivery of five new helicopters as the Federal Government accelerates efforts to modernize Nigeria’s airpower capabilities and strengthen the Armed Forces’ capacity to respond effectively to contemporary security challenges. A statement by the Director of Public Relations and Information Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame indicates that the platforms comprise three AW-109 Trekker B helicopters and two H-125 helicopters. The three AW-109s, which form part of 10 recently acquired by the Federal Government, were received in Lagos on 15 September 2026, with the remaining seven expected to be delivered before the end of 2026. My correspondent in Awka Anambra state Ikay Ogbonna,met with Lady Angela Ogbonna who got healed at Nachi miracle pool.She was disabled since 2011 and was using crutches to aid her movement.She crawled into Nachi pool and stood up for the first time since 2011.The river with healing powers was reportedly misteriously appeared in Nachi,a community in Udi local Government Area of Enugu state.It all started on the 11th day of November 2013 when a Fulani herds man ran to the community and announced how water covered the place just few minutes after he passed with his cattles and soon after he heard a strange noise before he discovered the water.He ran to Garki and informed his relatives,who also came there and discovered that the water had healing power.Though one Rev Fr Chikezie Cyprill a.k.a Okanga is claiming that the water had been their that the Fulani men are only mis informing people.He said the Nachi people have been trying to encroach on the land that the land originally belongs to the people of Umuaga.He claimed he was the one who cleared the way to the river,that he planted palm tree,orange among others.He says his house is there and the water has been there.He said ''Through out the period i stayed in the farmland,we have never heared about the story of healing power being ascribed to the water.Now some one is healed from that water,now who is telling the truth?,or is the Rev Fr only protecting his land?
