Belarus frees Nobel laureate Bialiatski in swap for US sanctions relief Belarus has released Nobel Peace Prize laureate Ales Bialiatski and opposition leader Maria Kolesnikova from prison, human rights advocate Pavel Sapelka of the Viasna group confirmed. Their release coincides with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko’s efforts to improve ties with the United States. Earlier, Washington announced it was lifting sanctions on Belarus’s potash sector, and in return, Lukashenko pardoned 123 prisoners. Belarus, a close ally of Russia, has faced years of Western isolation and sanctions over human rights abuses and for allowing Russian military operations on its territory. Since July 2024, Minsk has released hundreds of prisoners as part of efforts to ease tensions with the West. Four year old Nixon Knowles,a love child between Beyonce's father Mathew Knowles and a lover Alexsandra Wright.Now she is claiming that Mathew Knowles has fallen behind on child support payments and barely sees their son Nixon.She said since Nixon was born Mathew has not officially introduced Nixon to Beyonce.She claims that Mathew wanted her to hand over Nixon to Beyonce and Jay Z before they gave birth to their own daughter Blue Ivy.She added that she will have to file for public assistance because Mathew Knowles has not paid $32,000 in court ordered child support,a claim he denies.She says ''I tried everything to not have it public but unfortunately that's just not the way that Mathew choose to deal with this''.More pictures below.
