 Lagos hotel, 3 other properties forfeited by drug kingpins auctioned at N6.1billion *- It’s a clear message that cartels won’t be allowed to enjoy proceeds of their criminal trade, says Marwa*  A Lagos hotel and three other properties seized from drug kingpins by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) and forfeited to the Federal Government through court processes have been auctioned for the sum of Six Billion One Hundred and Forty- Eight Million Nine Hundred and Sixty-Four Thousand Naira (N6,148,964,000.00) only. This was the outcome of a competitive bid process for the sale of eight assets forfeited by drug barons in parts of the country. While bidders who offered above reserved prices emerged winners of four of the listed properties, bids for four others failed because none offered up to the reserved prices. TERESA GIUDICE FACES TWO YEARS IMPRISONMENT.

Leaving court: Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice leave court after pleading guilty to fraud charges in court on Tuesday in Newark, New Jersey          RealHouse wives of New Jersey stars,Teresa Giudice and husband Joe pleaded guilty to fraud charges on Tuesday.Teresa faces two years imprisonment while her husband faces four years imprisonment.They each pleaded guilty to several counts including bankruptcy fraud,conspiracy to commit mail fraud,wire fraud and failing to pay taxes.These took place at the Federal court house in Newark,New Jersey.Sentencing is set to take place on July 8.Their lawyer,Henry Klingman read a statement on Teresa's behalf after they left the court room saying ''Today i took responsibility for a series of mistakes i made several years ago,i am heart broken that this is affecting my family especially my four young daughters,who mean more to me than anything in the world''.More pictures below.                                                                                                         Court in the act: The Real Housewives Of New Jersey star seen here arriving at court sporting a full face of make-up and bouffant hairHeartbroken: The Giudices have four children.
