 Terrorists, banditry activities in Northwest have reduced – Shehu Sani Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator, has disclosed a decrease in the activities of terrorists and bandits in the Northwest. Sani said the recent killings of some top terrorists’ leaders could have been responsible for the decrease. Posting on X, the former lawmaker wrote: “In the last few weeks, there is a noticeable decrease in terrorist and banditry attacks and kidnappings in the North Western parts of this country. “The elimination of some of the top terrorist leaders must have been responsible.This is commendable and should be sustained.” In the past weeks, notable bandit leaders have been killed in the North. Those eliminated include- Haliru Kachalla Sububu or Buzu, Kachalla Tukur Sharme (killed by rival gang), Sani Black, another prominent bandit leader, killed along with his brother and two children, Kachalla Makore, Kachalla Mai Shayi Kachalla Tsoho Lulu and Mai’Yar Gitta. 28 ILLEGAL HOSPITAL SHUT DOWN IN LAGOS STATE.

                         According to sources,not only the 28 hospital that was shout down but 319 illegal pharmacies across the state for not meeting with the standard set by the government.The government also disclosed that 9,498 pupils in Lagos public primary schools have visual impairment after tests carried out on them.According to the Commissioner for Health Dr Jide Idris said today at Alausa that ''The Lagos Health Facility HEFAMAA,in the last one year renewed the registration of 1,089 private health facilities and monitored 1,182 health facilities,of which 114 of these facilities were found wanting and served closure notices.28 hospitals were closed for various offences such as the use of auxiliary nurses,poor environment,among others in order to save as deterrent to others.The 317 substandard pharmacies,breached the health standard rule''.
