You can get up now: It seemed this assistant was trying to coax her off of the ground           Kim fell off her bike as she shot an energy drink commercial in Florida on Tuesday.She tried to be too elegant on the bike when the bike prove it's not a horse and she fell off the bike,as if she fainted for a while.The amused crew made sure they got plenty of footage of Kim,while the cameras rolled as they shot the TV commercial.The fall is not part of the commercial but they might end up  using it for the commercials.More photos below.                                                                                                                   Appearances are deceiving: But it was not long before she took a tumble and landed on her posteriorIs the bike okay?
