DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. According to sources,the trouble began between the two tenants Raliat Rahman and Sulaimon Jamiu,when Raliat allegedly went to collect the bathroom key from a co-tenant .Jamiu was not pleased that Raliat came to his apartment to ask for the key and accused her of monitoring his visitor when Jamiu challenged Raliat,an arguement ensued between them which the accused allegedly went for a bottle,broke it and stabbed the victim on his head,face and hand.Raliat fled after committing the alleged offence but after threedays she was arrested at a hideout and charged to court.The accused however pleaded not guilty to the charge and the presiding magistrate admitted her on bail with the sum of N50,000 with two sureties .She has been taken to Kirikiri prison Apapa pending when she fulfill the bail condition.The event took place at Prince Abolaji Avenue,Imolete,Alaga,Baba Adisa village,Ibeju Lekki,Lagos.
