 Kebbi Govt Donates 10 Hilux Vehicles to Boost Security on Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway  The Kebbi State Government has handed over 10 brand-new Hilux vehicles to the Federal Ministry of Works to strengthen security for personnel working on the Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway project. The vehicles were formally received by the Minister of State for Works, Bello Muhammad Goronyo, who praised Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasiru Idris (Kauran Gwandu), for the donation. Goronyo described the gesture as a clear demonstration of the state government’s commitment to protecting workers and contractors on the strategic highway corridor. He explained that the vehicles will be deployed exclusively to security operatives providing cover for construction teams along the section of the super highway passing through Kebbi State. The Sokoto–Badagry Super Highway is a multi-state infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity and economic activities across northern and southern Nigeria. More...

CONGOLESE WAR LORD,SENTENCED TO 12 YEAR.

REUTERS/Michael Kooren             According to sources,Germain Katanga was sentenced to 12 years in prison today friday for his part in an attack on a village in northeast Congo more than a decade ago in which victims were carved limb from limb.Judges at the International Criminal Court said Katanga who was 24 at the time of the attack,was crusial in arming the ethnic Lendu and Ngiti fighters who carried out the atack on Bogoro village,when some 200 ethnic Herma civilians were killed.The Judge Bruno Cotte said ''The attackers literally carved their victims up limb from limb''.Kantaga becomes only the second person to be sentenced by the court,which was set up 12 years ago to bring to justice those guilty of the most serious international crimes,but which has been criticized for slow justice and singling out Africans for prosecution.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
