 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. NIGERIAN GOVT,OFFERS REWARD FOR INFORMATION ON KIDNAPPED GIRLS.

REUTERS/Gary Cameron                         Nigerian police offered $300,000 reward today for information leading to the rescue of more than 200 school girls abducted by islamic rebels.The public was very angry after locals on tuesday said another eight girls had been seized from the same remote area by suspected members of the boko haram group.Police lisred six phone numbers in their statement and urged Nigerians to call in with credible information.My question is these,will they give each caller with credible information $300,000 ?.
