 Court Grants Ngige Bail Despite EFCC Objections, Sparks Debate Over Corruption Trials In a move stirring controversy, former Labour Minister and ex-Anambra State Governor, Dr. Chris Ngige, has been granted bail by Justice Maryam Aliyu Hassan of the FCT High Court, even as he faces an eight-count corruption charge filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). While the court adopted the administrative bail previously granted by the EFCC on self-recognizance, it imposed stringent conditions: Ngige must produce a surety who is a Federal Government director, owns land in the FCT with a Certificate of Occupancy, and submits both the original certificate and international passport to the court. Until these are fulfilled, Ngige remains in Kuje Prison. Justice Hassan stressed the constitutional principle that defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty and warned against bail conditions so harsh they amount to denial of liberty — a point clearly at odds with EFCC’...

                   Today May 20th 2014,marks the 4th anniversary when Copyright Society of Nigeria {COSON},was given the license to collect royalties for Music artist in Nigeria.It took place at Eko F.m multi-purpose hall Agindigbi Ikeja.Today was also the 4th Annual general meeting in which four of the directors which include's Tony Okoroji,Azizat Allen and two others,retired and was re-instated by the members of COSON.Alot of issues was raised and musicians were able to express their likes and dislikes of COSON.COSON can now collect royalties from international bodies if any Nigerian music is played abroad.COSON is working,let the music pay.More photos below.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
