 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe.                    Today May 20th 2014,marks the 4th anniversary when Copyright Society of Nigeria {COSON},was given the license to collect royalties for Music artist in Nigeria.It took place at Eko F.m multi-purpose hall Agindigbi Ikeja.Today was also the 4th Annual general meeting in which four of the directors which include's Tony Okoroji,Azizat Allen and two others,retired and was re-instated by the members of COSON.Alot of issues was raised and musicians were able to express their likes and dislikes of COSON.COSON can now collect royalties from international bodies if any Nigerian music is played abroad.COSON is working,let the music pay.More photos below.
