A FLORIDA SEA TOW CAPTAIN SAVED A MAN FROM A BURNING SHIP ONLY TO BE SHOVED OVERBOARD AND HAVE HIS BOAT STOLEN.(PHOTO)

 No good deed goes unpunished.  A Florida sea tow captain saved a man from a burning ship only to be shoved overboard and have his boat stolen. This shocking incident occurred near Marco Island on March 6th. On that date, a call went out regarding a burning boat. The captain of a sea tow boat heard the distress call and rushed to provide aid. He was able to quickly locate the burning boat and  discovered 40-year-old, Ryan Deiter, and his dog onboard the burning ship. Wasting no time, the captain of the sea tow boat was able to maneuver alongside the distressed boat and begin efforts to extricate Deiter and his dog from the doomed vessel.  Eventually, the sea tow captain was able to pull both Deiter and his dog onboard the tow boat. However, once Deiter was pulled to safety, he repaid a stranger's kindness with treachery.  Deiter shoved the captain from his own boat and fled the scene in the stolen boat, leaving the man who had just risked his own vessel and life...

REUTERS-Tiksa Negeri          Today sunday,South Sudan's army and rebels forces accused each other of breaking a ceasefire hiurs after it came into effect,charges that will frustrate international mediators who had pressured both sides to stop the ethnic fuelled conflit.On friday,President Salva  Kiir and rebel Commander Rick Macha met face to face to sign the cease fire deal the second time,after both side have promised to stop fighting.The latest ceasefire was signed late on friday and all fighting was supposed to stop 24 hours later.Rebel military spokes man Lul Ruai Koang said ''The army launched attacks in Unity state and upper Nile state,another oil producing region.Swelling on upper Nile rebel positions began a few hours before the ceasefire deadline but continued after it into sunday morning.The latest violation of the agreement to resolve the crisis in South sudan shows that Kiir is either insincere or not in control of his forces''.Mediators had demanded Kiir and Machar meet for face to face talks in Ethiopia this time,rather than leave any ceasefire to negotiators,to ensure a personal commitment to making it hold.Also,East Africa leaders and China formally signed agreements today sunday for the construction of a new multi billion dollar railway linking the Kenya port of Mombasa to Nairobi and running into neighboring states.The deal was signed in Nairobi.More photos below.                                                                South Sudan's rebel leader Riek Machar speaks after he signed a peace agreement with South's Sudan's President Salva Kiir in Addis Ababa May 9, 2014.
