  DEVELOPING STORY: Man Found Unconscious After Allegedly Throwing Children From Storey Building in Aba A man was reportedly found unconscious but still breathing after allegedly falling from a storey building at New Phase of Umuobe by Barracks, Opobo Road, Obignwa, Abia State. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, has caused panic among residents of the area. Eyewitnesses told Magic FM Aba that the man allegedly threw two of his children from the building before attempting to throw down his wife. However, the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. The two children were reportedly rushed to a hospital for medical attention. As of the time of filing this report, Magic FM Aba could not independently confirm their condition or whether they survived the fall. The man, who sustained an injury to the head, was still lying in front of his house and had yet to receive assistance as of the time of this report. MOHAMMED ABACHA,DISCHARGED BY F.H.C,FOR N100.38 BILLION SCAM.

            According to a national news paper,a Federal capital territory High court today wednesday,discharged Mohammed Abacha,son of late former military Head of state,General Sani Abacha for allegefly receiving N100.38 Billion worth of stolen property.The office of the Attorney General of the Federal Government had filed a nine count charge against Abacha,but Justice Mamman Kolo of the FCT High court discharge Mohammed Abacha after Federal Government's counsel,Enwelum made an oral application asking the court to withdraw the criminal charges against the suspects.The Judge also granted the application for discontinuation of trial,which was not opposed by the defense counsel  ,Mr Abdullahi Haruna.At the resumed hearing of the case,the Federal Government counsel told the court that he was instructed by the Attorney General of the Federation  {AGF} to withdraw the charges.The prosecution thereafter filed a notice of discontinuation of the case
