 Zambia president approves law expanding parliament months before election Zambia's President Hakainde Hichilema on Thursday signed into law constitutional changes that will expand the country's parliament, Reuters reported. The changes increase the number of members of parliament to around 280 from 167 currently by creating more constituencies, reserving 40 new seats for women, youth and people with disabilities, and allowing the president to appoint 11 members instead of eight previously. Hichilema, who will run for a second presidential term in the August 2026 election, said during a signing ceremony that the changes were being made in good faith and there was adequate consultation. He previously argued that some constituencies were too big for effective service delivery and should be split into smaller ones. Love: Jennifer Butler, 29, pictured right earlier this year, is flying 5,000 miles from the UK to French Robertson Unit in Texas to marry Christopher Mosier, 23, left, leaving her three young kids who are all younger than 10             29 year old Jennifer Butler,a mother of three children,from the UK,is abandoning her children behind to make a new life with a 23 year old Christopher Mosier,a prisoner from the U.S.Her three children are younger than 10 years.She plans to move in with Christopher when he is released on parole in September 2014,leaving her children with their dad,from whom she split from in 2010.Jennifer Butler said ''Some people might think i'm bonkers for falling in love with a prisoner,and not everyone will agree with our relaship but Chris is a wonderfulman,sure,he made a few mistakes in the past  but everybody deserves a second chance''.Jennifer started writing to Chris in July 2011 after catching his profile on the website www.writeaprisoner.com,which helps would be pen pals write to inmate .Chris profile revealed he had been sentenced to 15 years in 2009 for burglary with deadly conduct and drugs convictions.He was a member of an armed gang that burgled a house and he had previous convictions for possessing cannabis.Jennifer  further said ''I felt sorry for him being locked up,nobody to talk to except other prisoners.Of course,i didn't condone his crimes but his still a human being and deserved to have a friend.I was really intrigued by his profile.It was different to the rest.Most of the guys were posing with their tops off but his was articulate and he was open about his crime'''.Hmmmmmm,women we can love ohhhhhhhhhhhh.More photos below.                                    Leaving them behind: Butler, seen center in May, plans to move in with her lover when he is released on parole in September.
