 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. A PROFESSOR IN LASU,ADEMOLA,SLUMPED AND DIED.

                       Professor Ademola Onifade,a professor of sports in the Lagos State University {LASU},Ojo died monday night at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital {LASUTH}Ikeja.He slumped at his Festac residence on the 12th of September 2014 but died late monday night.Mr Adekunle Idris,the Chairman,Academic Staff Union of Universities {ASUU} LASU Chapter,confirmed his death today.He said ''We were on the field together for sports about 10days ago because he jogs and exercises himself regularly.He was also seen in the campus last friday and was full of life.The Union is still in a state of shock as the late Professor was hale and hearty and did not show any sign of sickness before the sad incident''.May his soul rest in peace,amen.
