 INDEPENDENT CORRUPT PRACTICES AND OTHER RELATED OFFENCES COMMISSION (ICPC) Tuesday 16th December, 2025 MEDIA RELEASE The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) writes to confirm that it received a formal petition today Tuesday 16th December, 2025 from Alhaji Aliko Dangote through his lawyer. MASQUERADE THIEF OR MASQUERADE FOR REAL?.

                                           I really don't know what to say about these masquerade that decided to use the ATM,with his full outfit.Masquerade's generally are presumed to be ghost of the dead but thank God for civilization if not that lady standing behind him would have been flogged or penalized.I wonder why the bank security in the first place will allow these suspicious being to use the ATM.What if his using another person's ATM,that is why he does not want anybody to recognize him or his face to be captured by the camera..
