 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. 5 PEOPLE DEAD,12 WOUNDED AS A BOMB EXPLODED IN A BUS STATION IN BAUCHI.

                  Late wednesday night,a bomb exploded at a bus station in Bauchi state,killing at least five people and wounding 12.All fingers are pointed at the Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram,though the police did not comment on who was behind the attack.Bauchi Police Spokesman Haruna Mohammed said in a statement  that ''Five persons burnt beyond recognition were certified dead,while 12 others sustained various degrees of injuries.The entire surrounding has been cordoned off.No arrest has yet been made,but an investigation has commenced''.One more picture below.
