 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. F.G SAID THEY NOW HAVE A CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT WITH BOKO HARAM AND TO RELEASE THE GIRLS.?.

              Today friday the Nigerian Chief of Defence staff Air Marshal Alex Badeh said ''A ceasefire agreement has been concluded between the Federal Government of Nigeria and Boko Haram.I have according directed the service Chiefs to ensure immediate compliance with this development in the field.President Goodluck Jonathan's principal Secretary Hassan Tukur told AFP that an agreement to end hostilities had been reached following talks,as well as the release of 219 girls held in captive since April.He said he had represented the government at the two meetings with the Boko haram group to end hostilities and as well as the release of the missing girls.''Boko Haram issued the ceasefire as a result of the discussions we have been having with them.The announcement was made last night thursday.They have agreed to release the Chibok girls''.I hope Boko Haram will release these missing girls as soon as possible.More photos below.
