 Rebels to withdraw from key DR Congo town 'after US request' The M23 rebel group has said it would withdraw from the eastern DR Congo town of Uvira at the request of the US administration, which had criticised seizure of the town last week as a threat to mediation efforts. The rebels entered Uvira, on the border with Burundi, less than a week after the presidents of Congo and Rwanda met with US President Donald Trump in Washington and affirmed their commitment to a peace deal known as the Washington Accords. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Saturday that Rwanda's actions in eastern Congo violated the Washington Accords and vowed to "take action to ensure promises made to the President are kept." A report by a United Nations group of experts in July said Rwanda exercised command and control over the rebels.                      There are rumours going round that Ghana Actors Van Vicker is infected with Ebola virus because he travelled to Monrovia Liberia to shoot the sequel of his movie ''Bendu Sudan''.They even claimed that he has been quarantined and refused entering back to Ghana.When Van Vicker got wind of the rumours,he took to his twitter to express how he felt about the rumours.He said ''It's annoying.I checked the website and just couldn't believe my eyes.Why would someone just sit somewhere and just write what they want.Is there nobody that regulates the activities of these websites?.I don't get the story,my intention was to go to Liberia to shoot but i didn't go.My heart does go out to all Liberians and i want them to know i have not abandoned them.I am doing all i can do to help them in time of crisis''.Van Vicker response,shows his a gentleman.One more picture below.
