 A Tennessee family, and an entire community, has been left stunned and grieving after a pack of dogs took the life of a man out for a jog. When 43-year-old Marko Bursey arrived in Henning, Tennessee, to visit his parents, he had no idea that he would never be returning back to his home in Nashville. Marko could have never imagined the terrible fate that awaited him, lurking in the woods, near an abandoned school.  However, Marko's horrific death has had an indelible effect on not just his loved ones but an entire community as they search for answers on how this tragedy unfolded. REUTERS/Siphiwe Sibeko            Today monday,Madagascar's exiled former leader Marc Ravalomanana was detained today after returning to the Indian Ocean Island for the first time since he was deposed in a coup in 2009.Ravalomanana,exiled to South Africa,had tried returning to Madagascar several times since 2009 but was prevented by the authorities who feared his homecoming would bring further instability to the Island,which has a long history of coups.President Henry Rajaonari Mampianina,who took office in January after an election last December,said ''It's for his safety that he was arrested,besides it's not an arrest but rather placement in a supervised area to ensure his safety''.Marc Ravalomanana said ''I'm not coming to bring trouble but to bring peace and work for Madagasca's development''.
