 Catholic priest reportedly klled in Kogi  A Catholic priest, Rev. Fr. Samuel Opeyemi Oyetoro, has been reportedly killed by unknown assailants in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. According to reports, the priest was stabbed multiple times along Ajaokuta road on Wednesday, 29th July 2026. His body was found dumped at the roadside.  Rev. Fr. Oyetoro was born in Egbe, Yagba West Local Government Area of Kogi State and a native of Ayetoro in Ijumu Local Government Area.  Until his death, he served as a priest at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Egbe. U.S SOLDIERS ISOLATED AFTER RETURNING FROM WEST AFRICA+AUSTRALIA VISA BAN ON EBOLA HIT COUNTRIES.

            According to sources,the U.S military has started isolating soldiers returning from an Ebola response mission in West Africa even when they show no sign of the virus and Australia became the first rich nation to impose a visa ban on the affected countries amid global anxiety about the spread of Ebola virus.The latest measures,along with decisions by some U.S states to impose mandatory quarantines on health workers returning home from treating Ebola victims in West Africa ,have been condemned by health authorities and the United Nations as extreme.
