 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville.                 Nollywood/Yoruba actress Bukky Wright posted on her facebook her campaign poster,and from the date,she posted these information since last week friday {3 days ago}.She made her intentions clear that she is contesting for a sit in the House of Representative in Abeokuta,under the Social Democratic Party {SDP.Bukky Wright said ''We are coming out on top.Following the basic norms have taken us nowhere''.Though alot of people were shocked that she is contesting under the SDP,but if she wins the SDP ticket,she will be contesting against Segun Williams,one of the two House of Reps members,who refused to decamp from APC.I understand why Bukky Wright prefers to come out through SDP,there is these popularly saying that says ''Is better to be a king in the bush,than a slave/poor man in the city''.One more photo below.
