 SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS PRESIDENT'S POWER TO DECLARE EMERGENCY RULE The  supreme court has affirmed the president's constitutional authority to declare a state of emergency in a state threatened by breakdown of law and order, including the power to temporarily suspend elected officials as an extraordinary measure to restore stability. The seven-man panel of justices of the apex court gave the order in a 6 to 1 split decision on a suit filed by Adamawa state and 10 others challenging president Bola Tinubu's march 18, 2025 declaration of emergency rule in Rivers state.  The declaration had led to the six-month suspension of the state's governor, deputy governor, and members of the house of assembly amid prolonged political crisis and security concerns. STRANGE BUT TRUE ''STRANGE DEATH IN A PARTY IN IMO STATE''.

                 I was informed today by one of my neighbours at my residence in Lagos over the phone that a woman died yesterday in a public toilet in Imo state.My neighbours traveled to the village to celebrate christmas,and there was a party organized yesterday in a public place for everybody in their village.Now my neighbour said she wanted to make use of the public toilet,that is how one lady came from behind and said  ''Please i am so pressed and on my period,i can't hold it any longer''.So she told the lady to quickly enter,and be fast about it.So my neighbour waited for a while,she knocked but no response,so she made use of the bush.Later in the party,a man started saying his looking for his wife.So from the description she knew it was that lady that begged her to make use of the toilet.So she approached the man that she met the woman,and that she has been in that toilet for a while.So when they opened the toilet,they saw the woman,sitting on the toilet ''DEAD''.Only God knows what that woman ate,that made her die.May her soul rest in peace.Amen.The woman's corpse have now been moved to the mortuary.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
