 ANAMBRA POLICE COMMAND RECEIVES AND AUGMENTS IGP’S MONITORING UNIT OPERATIVES ON ENFORCEMENT OF POLICE PERSONNEL WITHDRAWAL FROM VIP ESCORT DUTIES IN THE STATE The Anambra State Police Command today 8th December 2025 formally received operatives of the Inspector-General of Police (IGP)’s Monitoring Unit deployed to the state to ensure full implementation of the IGP’s directive on the withdrawal of police personnel from VIP escort and guard duties. The Commissioner of Police CP Ikioye Orutugu fwc mnips PhD reaffirmed the Command’s commitment to supporting the IGP’s reform efforts targeted at enhancing professionalism, discipline, and optimal deployment of police manpower nationwide. The CP noted that the withdrawal of these officers will help to strengthen public policing, improve response capacity, and ensure that more personnel are available for core policing duties across the state. THE NEW JAMES BOND MOVIE IS NAMED ''SPECTRUM''-ALEX MARTINS.

           According to one of my correspondent Alex Martins,who is based in the UK, said today that,the new James Bond movie has been named ''Spectrum''.In his words he said ''Sam Mendes,the director of the 24th James Bond film,has revealed the movies titled and cast at a press conference in Pinewood studios.The 24th James Bond movie will be titled Spectre after the evil global terrorist organisation first introduce by Ian Fleming in the 196 novel Thunder Ball.The producer of the movie also confirmed previous reports that the new film will feature Christoph Waltz and Lea Scydoux among the supporting cast.Eon only regained the rights to use spectre in 007 movies last year after resolving a long standing dispute with the estate of late Bond producer Kevin McClory,who died in 2006.The Irish film maker was legally co-credited with introducing the nefarious organisation in the 1965 film version of Thunderball,and had maintained limited rights to use it in his own 007 movies,including the unofficial Sean Connery entry Never Say Never Again in 1983.The new film will begin shooting in London,Rome,Mexico city,and the Alps and Bond will drive a new Aston Martin DB10 exclusively for the movie''.Thank you Alex Martins.One more photo below.
