 Again, Gov Diri Tasks Traditional Rulers To Maintain Peace, Security At King Awala's Coronation  Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, has again urged traditional rulers to remain focused on the maintenance of peace, security and stability in their various domains as part of their contribution towards the development of the state. Governor Diri made the call at the weekend during the coronation ceremony ofHis Royal Majesty King Victor Awala, Ebeni-Ibe the Eighth (VIII) of Atissa Kingdom in the Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, at the Bishop Dimieari Grammar School, Yenagoa, the state capital. Represented by his deputy, Dr Peter Akpe, the Bayelsa Chief Executive acknowledged the critical role traditional rulers play in society as the custodians of culture and tradition, stressing that his administration will continue to hold them in high esteem. AFTER LEGALIZING GAY MARRIAGE IN IRELAND,THE VATICAN DESCRIBED THE VOTE AS ''A DEFEAT FOR HUMANITY''.

                      Today wednesday,Cardinal Pietro Parolin,the Vatican city secretary of stste,who is the Vatican's second in command after Pope Francis,made these statement during an award ceremony that ''The recent referendum legalizing gay marriage in Ireland as not only a defeat for christian principle but a defeat for humanity''.Ireland,a traditionally catholic country where homosexual acts were illegal until 1993.Last week friday,a gay marriage ''yes'' camp won by 62.1% to 37.9%.Cardinal Pietro Parolin said further that ''These results make me very sad.As the arch bishop of Dublin has said,the church must take into consideration this reality,but in the sense that in my opinion it must redouble its commitment and make an effort to evangelise it.Cardinal Angelo Bagnasco,the Head of the Italian Bishops conferen,said the church was not opposed to recognising gay people''.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
