 Court declares Adenike sole widow of Ajayi, rejects Helen Prest’s marriage claim A Lagos high court in Ikeja has dismissed claims by Helen Prest-Ajayi, the former beauty queen, that she is the sole and lawful widow of Tosin Ajayi, founder of First Foundation Hospital. Ajayi died on April 26, 2020. The ruling came in response to a suit filed by Adenike Oluyemisi Ajayi and her children, who challenged Prest’s assertion of being Ajayi’s only wife and her contestation over the ownership of his estate.                                  Today friday,Major General Godefroid Niyombare was captured,two days after announcing Nkurunziza had been removed as President and he has taken over.President Nkurunziza has returned to the capital,but protesters pledged to go back to streets,setting the stage for more clashes.Spokesman for the president Gervais Abayeho said ''He has been arrested,he didn't surrender and other coup plotters who announced the coup when Nkurunziza was abroad,they will be held answerable,though it was up to the justice system''.
