 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. SOUTH AFRICAN GOVT,MAY LEGALIZE THE SALE OF RHINO HORN STOCK,TO PREVENT POACHERS FROM SLAUGHTERING THEM.

WhineRhino_960_472_80auto_s_c1_center_center                 The South African Government is yet to decide whether it will seek a two year opportunity,in which to sell off its rhino horn stock pile as a means of halting or slowing the slaughter of the animals by poachers.This comes as the belief persists in some circles that flooding the market with legal horn would reduce the attraction of poaching as the price of the horn falls.Scores of rhino have already been poached in South Africa this year.Worldwide,the trade in rhino horn was banned in 1977 by the convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora {Cities}.In South Africa Moratorium on domestic rhino horn sales was introduced in 2009.
