 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. AN AMERICAN FEMALE TOURIST,WAS MAULED TO DEATH BY A LION,IN JOHANNESBURG LION PARK TODAY.

                        According to the Johannesburg Police spokesman Lungelo Dlamini said an American tourist was mauled to death in South Africa today monday when a Lion jumped into her vehicle through an open window vehicle at a park on the outskirts of Johannesburg.She was driving with a male person at the park,they were attacked by the lion,she was killed at the park and the man has been taken to Hospital.We do not have a name for the 22 year old woman or what part of the United States she was from.Her traveling companion was a South African citizen.Scott Simpson Lion Park Assistant Director of Operation said that ''The woman died while paramedics tried to save her.The gentleman sustained some injuries to his arm,he was fighting the lion off inside the car.Our staff rshed over immediately and chased the lion away from the car''.
