South African High Court judges today monday ordered that Sudanese president Omar Al-Bashir be arrested,saying they were concerned that an order of the court to have Bashir kept in the country was not complied with.The order reads ''The respondents are forthwith compelled to take all reasonable steps to arrest President Bashir ....and detain him pending a formal request for his surrender from the International Criminal Court''.Though President Omar Al Bashir was seen leaving South Africa.His presidential plane was seen taking off from water loof Airforce base.This happened while the court prevented the president from leaving the country.Gauteng High Court adjourned for an hour.
