 Dolly Parton returns to public eye to celebrate opening day at Dollywood     Dolly Parton made her first public appearance in months to celebrate the opening day of Dollywood in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, on Friday. The country music icon reflected on the past year, a year after the death of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, saying she is “doing good” and has been working to rebuild herself spiritually, emotionally, and physically after grieving and dealing with health issues that kept her from touring. Joined on stage by Dollywood president Eugene Naughton, Parton brought her trademark humor to the crowd, joking about rumors of a new husband while reaffirming her devotion to Dean. She also shared updates on her ongoing projects, including a new Broadway musical and her Dolly’s Life of Many Colors Museum in Nashville. RWANDA PRESIDENT PAUL KAGAME,TO RUN FOR THIRD TERM AFTER BEING SUPPORTED BY LAWMAKERS TODAY.

                       Today tuesday,Rwanda lawmakers backed a motion to let President Paul Kagame,to run fora third term in office,paving the way fora referendum to amen the constitution.Rwanda's President whose ruling party has controlled the country for the last decade,has not directly said he wants to run again.But he has said he is open to persuasion that the two term limit in the constitution needed to be changed,and a petition to that effect has collected 3.8 million signatures.Members of parliament voted unanimously to back the petition,said Speaker Donatille  Mukabalisa,adding that a referendum would be called on whether to amend the constitution.''We've started the process to the referendum.We should't delay the process''.Sppouters of the petition saidKagame was the right person to lead their country.The petitioners hail president Kagame for having stopped the genocide and bringing quick economic recovery.
