The couple returned to the red carpet for the first time in over two years as they attended the premiere of Barker’s documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear. They arrived in coordinated black outfits, presenting a sleek, unified look for the evening. Kardashian, 47, wore a long-sleeved satin gown featuring a white collar and button detailing down the front.  The outfit included a high slit that revealed her legs, and she layered a black bralette underneath. Candid: Kim Kardashian on the cover of C magazine                 Kim Kardashian West who covered C Magazine September issue revealed to the magazine that she might be forced to undergo a hysterectomy after the birth of her second child.She said during the birth of her first child North West,she had so many complications and that made it difficult to conceive a second time.And if one of the conditions ''Placenta Accreta'' returns,it could mean she won't be able to have anymore children.She said ''They think i'll have placenta accreta again,so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did llast time,then they are prepared to have my uterus removed,which is a little scary for me.I think we're just gonna go day by day,see how overwhelming it is,and see how the delivery goes''.The condition occurs when parts of the placenta grow too deeply into the uterine wall and it can cause severe blood loss after delivery.It can result in an early C-Section,delivery followed by the surgical removal of the uterus,which is called a hysterectomy.More photos below.
